• Train and mentor other disability management staff

Requirements:
• Experience in Disability Management or STD/LTD Claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal database systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and emotional intelligence
• Bilingual communication abilities in French and English a plus
