Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine engaging recreational programs
• Prepare daily activities for physical and emotional enjoyment
• Assess residents' interests and needs for tailored support




• Maintain records of resident engagement and feedback
• Lead social events to foster resident interaction

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in recreation or related field
• Experience working with seniors and understanding their motivations
• Knowledge of leisure principles and concepts
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
