This role involves developing and delivering tailored training programs and facilitating significant recruitment processes. You'll work closely with the People & Culture team to support learning and employee development efforts that align with Bissell Centre's vision of eliminating poverty through community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and administer employee training and development programs
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including mass campaigns




• Support employee growth initiatives and mentorship programs
• Assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Analyze emerging trends in learning and development

Requirements:
• Degree in HR Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Demonstrable high-volume recruitment expertise
• Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and evaluation
• Experience with learning management systems preferred
