This important role involves overseeing HVAC operations, performing diagnostics, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. You will significantly reduce reliance on third-party contractors, providing a reliable, consistent work environment. The position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at our head office in Navin.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across residential properties
• Conduct maintenance checks on centralized building systems




• Execute seasonal preventative maintenance tasks
• Support with basic property maintenance tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency HVAC issues

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Manitoba Class B Gas Fitter license
• 3-5 years of HVAC field experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
