The Payroll Specialist position at Sienna is essential for accurate and timely compensation of team members across different provinces. Reporting to the Manager of Payroll Operations, you will process full-cycle payroll, validate data, and maintain payroll records. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure payroll integrity while supporting HR, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle payroll for multiple pay groups
• Validate payroll data across systems like Ultipro and ADP




• Create load files for in-house HRIS payroll processing
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll-related filings and reports

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Payroll Operations experience required
• Certification as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlook Up, Pivot Table)
• Post-secondary education in a related field
