Elevate guest experiences as an Assistant Lodge Manager with CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. This full-time role at our remote lodge near Revelstoke, BC, combines leadership and hospitality expertise.

In this seasonal position, you will support the Lodge Manager while leading a team to create memorable mountain adventures. Strong communication and organizational skills will help ensure smooth operations, from administrative tasks to guest interactions. You will take charge during the Lodge Manager’s time off, ensuring consistent high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in achieving lodge goals through collaboration
• Supervise and coach staff alongside Lodge Manager




• Serve as a primary point of contact for guests
• Monitor bar stock and inventory levels
• Manage staff schedules and time entry

Requirements:
• 2+ years in hospitality leadership roles
• Food Safe Certificate and First Aid Level 1
• Knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Solid public speaking and training facilitation skills
• Passion for high-end service and mountain experiences
