This permanent, full-time position reports to the Regional Aftermarket Service Manager. You'll interact with various branches, maintaining records and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. The role includes traveling to different locations for repairs as well as supporting local branch needs depending on operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and recondition equipment components as directed
• Order and manage parts required for repairs
• Maintain the service truck for timely customer assistance
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe




• Collaborate with local leadership to improve service quality

Requirements:
• Strong technical skills in heavy machinery repair
• Completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred
• Understanding of agricultural industry practices
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with Current Holland equipment is beneficial
