As part of the payroll team, you'll report directly to the Manager, Payroll & Benefits. Your role encompasses full-cycle payroll processing for OEG Retail Cannabis, including new hires and terminations. You will ensure compliance with regulations while contributing to year-end reporting and other initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bi-weekly payroll for various employee categories
• Process changes to employee records, including payroll updates
• Confirm time data integration from attendance systems




• Support year-end payroll processing and compliance checks
• Foster positive relationships through reliable service

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Certification as a Payroll Compliance Qualified preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency, with knowledge of functions
• Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities
