Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, addressing and resolving any issues.

Manage and maintain customer accounts with up-to-date information.





Resolve product or service complaints by identifying issues, determining causes, selecting the best solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.

Process and fulfill customer orders, including overnight order batches.

Support team efforts to meet departmental goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong knowledge of the local market.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to meet and adhere to KPI standards.

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.

Solid multitasking skills with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
