Transform guest experiences at Whistler Blackcomb as an Assistant Manager in Product Management. This full-time, seasonal position requires you to support ski instructor training and daily operations in a premier mountain resort.

As a member of the Snow School leadership team, you will play a crucial role in managing operations while enhancing the overall guest experience. This includes developing instructor training programs and fulfilling administrative duties such as payroll and equipment inventory. Your leadership will ensure a safe, educational, and memorable snow sports experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily Snow School operation management
• Train and develop skiing and snowboarding instructors




• Ensure administrative tasks like scheduling are completed
• Track instructor performance and behavior effectively
• Collaborate with different departments for operational success

Requirements:
• Current PSIC/CASI/CSIA or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years of ski/snowboard instruction experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Robust organizational capabilities
• Fluent communication in English
