Fraser Health is seeking a Relief Part Time Occupational Therapist to enrich the Home Health team in Delta, B.C. Engage clients in therapeutic methods that enhance their functional skills and independence.

In this Occupational Therapist role, you will work closely with clients of varying ages, providing essential therapy to support their rehabilitation and care needs. Collaborating with families and healthcare professionals, you will develop effective treatment plans and adjust them as needed. This position is temporary until August 2027, allowing for impactful community service in a supportive team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver occupational therapy services through various interventions
• Create and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients




• Educate clients and support staff on rehabilitation needs
• Organize rehabilitative services with other healthcare consultants
• Maintain advocacy for clients with community resources

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• At least two years of related clinical experience required
• Valid BC Driver's License for transportation needs
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
• Understanding of occupational therapy best practices and community resources
