This seasonal, full time role reports to the Executive Chef and requires leadership in menu planning, execution of high-end meals, and collaboration with kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate will have culinary training, Chef certification, and strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work varied day and weekend
