GM Diesel Technician We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician with experience servicing General Motors (GM) vehicles and diesel engines to join our dealership service department.

The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain GM diesel trucks and vehicles while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair GM diesel engines and drivetrain systems Perform maintenance and repairs on Duramax diesel engines Troubleshoot engine performance, fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions components Use GM diagnostic equipment and service software Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled services Repair braking, suspension, steering,



and drivetrain systems Complete warranty repairs according to GM dealership standards Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records Follow manufacturer safety and repair procedures Requirements Experience as a Diesel Technician, Automotive Technician, or Truck Technician Experience working on General Motors vehicles and diesel trucks Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with electronic diagnostic tools and scan equipment Ability to read technical manuals and service procedures Valid drivers license Own tools required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Duramax diesel engines Previous GM dealership experience Automotive service technician certification or equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Full-time, reliable employment Modern diagnostic equipment and tools Training opportunities with manufacturer systems
