Lead the Union of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq's Regional Data Centre project as a Project Manager. This full time position emphasizes data sovereignty and community engagement.

As a Project Manager, you will report to the Governance Manager and work from either Membertou or Cole Harbour. Your leadership will help shape the Regional Data Centre, enhancing Mi'kmaq self-determination through well-managed data practices and infrastructure. Key skills include project planning, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the development of the Regional Data Centre
• Implement culturally reflective data governance practices
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables




• Facilitate communication with various stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Indigenous data governance frameworks

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in complex project management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Knowledge of Indigenous data governance
• Ability to travel within and outside of the province
