As a key member of our maintenance team, your role as a 310T Mechanic involves maintaining fleet safety and efficiency. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, support electrical and hydraulic systems troubleshooting, and oversee daily operations in the shop. Communication with management and involvement in team discussions will also be vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough diagnostics on fleet vehicles
• Repair hydraulic and electrical systems promptly
• Test equipment to ensure performance standards
• Organize work orders and communication with management
• Maintain shop cleanliness and guide junior mechanics

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid 310T or Red Seal License
• A valid G License is required; DZ is preferred
• Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities needed
• Punctual, reliable, and able to lift 60 lbs
