Be a pillar of support in community housing as the Supportive Housing Team Lead for Pacifica Housing. This role encompasses advocacy, mentorship, and overseeing support for tenants facing various challenges.

In your position as Team Lead, you’ll guide a dedicated team in implementing housing support programs based on a compassionate approach. Your responsibilities include monitoring client welfare, providing skilled input, and fostering teamwork to enhance tenant participation in housing decisions. This full-time role calls for adept leadership and collaboration with community resources to ensure holistic support for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor tenant well-being and help address challenges
• Facilitate life skills training and community participation




• Guide staff in delivering effective housing support services
• Coordinate referrals for essential services and programs
• Advocate at tenant meetings and community forums

Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant social service field required
• Minimum three years of related experience, with supervision
• Familiarity with housing issues and community resources
• Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license and First Aid certification
