Seeking passionate ABA Instructor Therapists for Side by Side Therapy in Markham. This ongoing, part-time contractor role focuses on working with children with developmental disabilities.

Candidates will implement individualized ABA strategies within clients' homes, ensuring effective learning environments. A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role is essential, alongside a strong ability to communicate and manage time effectively. You will work closely with an RBA to improve outcomes and deliver quality therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions
• Observe and record child activities and progress
• Communicate with parents regarding client growth
• Prepare for sessions and arrive punctually
• Act on feedback from RBA to enhance therapy

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of applicable experience
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
