In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and provide essential nursing services as part of a dedicated team. Your primary focus will be facilitating personalized nursing care and ensuring a safe workplace for residents. Experience in senior health is valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care based on established guidelines and plans
• Ensure high standards of personal care through nursing practices
• Create a nurturing atmosphere with effective teamwork
• Manage resident care interactions with families and staff




• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior care is an asset
• Strong judgment and risk management skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment
• Clear Vulnerable Sector and/or Criminal Record Check needed
