Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate property-level variances and reporting issues
• File monthly and quarterly GST/HST/QST returns
• Organize electronic records for accounts payable
• Process invoices and other payments in Yardi
• Develop working paper templates for improved efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA completed or in progress
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Familiarity with technology automation tools
