In this full time position, you will work on Sundays through Thursdays, collaborating with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive worship experience, leading teams, and encouraging volunteers to grow in their spiritual gifts. Partner with leaders in a dynamic setting to enhance the worship ministry and reach the church’s diverse congregants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement worship services in collaboration with church leadership
• Mentor and equip worship team volunteers




• Manage the Worship Arts department's budget effectively
• Set standards for worship across various ministries
• Lead special worship events and Sunday services
