Candidates must be able to navigate physically demanding tasks effectively in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and site specifications accurately
• Fill hollows and correct spots on fresh cement
• Operate vibrators for optimal concrete compaction
• Finish surfaces with hand and power tools
• Repair and resurface concrete structures as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 months of finishing experience
• Valid own transportation
• Must possess steel-toed safety boots
• Capability to work long hours on sites
