Leverage your experience in enrollment management to enhance recruitment strategies and collaborate with marketing and admissions teams. You will be responsible for delivering impactful presentations and conducting thorough evaluations to shape a transformative incoming class.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships to support recruitment initiatives
• Analyze market trends to select target schools




• Promote graduate programs at various recruitment events
• Plan and execute recruitment and conversion activities
• Conduct detailed data analysis to inform recruitment strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in recruitment or admissions
• Expertise in strategic enrollment management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
