BC Housing is seeking two dedicated professionals for this Full-Time role. You will engage with individuals at risk of homelessness, aiding them in accessing essential housing resources and support. Your role will significantly impact the community by fostering relationships and minimizing encampment issues through direct outreach and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage individuals experiencing homelessness in community locations
• Provide assistance navigating housing support systems
• Partner with shelters and homelessness service agencies




• Coordinate support within the multidisciplinary HEART team
• Help prevent and manage encampments effectively

Requirements:
• High school diploma and post-secondary social housing education
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use challenges
• Class 5 BC driver's license and reliable vehicle access
• Successful completion of Tier 4 Criminal Record Check
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
