Ensure safety at the Wellbriety Centre as a Full Time Overnight Safety Monitor based in Thompson, MB. This role focuses on participant wellbeing and maintaining a secure workplace during overnight shifts.

As an Overnight Safety Monitor, you will report to the Program Coordinator and be integral to participant support and safety management. Key responsibilities include addressing participants' emotional needs, managing conflict calmly, and maintaining communication with shift managers. You will take part in cleanliness checks and ensure that participant spaces are tidy while providing necessary items like hygiene supplies and medications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor participants and building safety continuously
• Assist with front desk duties and meal distributions




• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Complete daily communication and incident reports
• Foster positive relationships with participants

Requirements:
• Experience with vulnerable populations required
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
