Key Responsibilities:
• Provide information on dining, tours, and entertainment
• Assist with guests' mail and package services
• Maintain current knowledge of local attractions




• Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols
• Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements:
• Two years' experience in customer service
• Previous Concierge experience preferred
• Robust knowledge of Whistler area services
• Excellent communication and planning skills
• Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check
