Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maritime safety and search operations
• Maintain compliance with Canadian Coast Guard standards
• Develop and guide crew training programs
• Evaluate emergency response procedures
• Liaise with local and federal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada Master Certificate (150GT or higher)
• Proven experience in vessel leadership
• Marine Emergency Duties Certificate
• Health Canada medical clearance for seagoing duties
• Availability for extended sea travel
