As an Implementation Lead, you will connect engineering and operations with product strategy, driving the successful execution of programs like GenAI lifts and cloud reliability improvements. Leadership and collaboration across teams will be key in meeting delivery milestones while ensuring high standards for security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client-facing planning and execution of technical programs

Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in program management, with 2+ in technical roles
