In this full-time role, you will be a key member of our FP&A; team focused on improving methodologies and implementing processes. Your efforts will support financial modeling, valuation, and streamline workflows, shifting focus from data collection to valuable analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial modeling for potential acquisition targets
• Assist in identifying risks and synergies during due diligence




• Integrate newly acquired companies into Dillon's culture
• Track post-merger financial performance and progress
• Refine existing models and enhance analytical processes

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an M&A; and FP&A; Analyst
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen
• Minimum three days weekly in the London office
• Drive for innovation and continuous improvement
