Position Details Position Type: Temporary
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: March 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Victoria, BC (West Saanich)
Wage Estimate: $22/hour
Advantages $22/hour
Hands-on experience in asset and inventory management.
Gain experience with various mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities Perform a comprehensive inventory of all devices and equipment onsite
Accurately mark and label all equipment according to specified tracking criteria
Record equipment data for input into the maintenance tracking system
Follow measurements, instructions, and procedures precisely
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow safety regulations
Qualifications Mandatory Reliability Security Clearance required before starting work
Vehicle needed for site access
Some working knowledge of mechanical equipment
Effective communication with supervisors and ability to follow instructions
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (standing, reaching, bending) as required for inventory tasks
Experience in inventory, asset management, or similar meticulous data/labeling tasks is preferred
Education required only if essential for duties

This role is ideal for an individual focused on meticulous inventory management, equipment labeling, and supporting their maintenance tracking system.
