Transform the lives of families at Westheights Community Church as a Children’s Ministry Director. This part-time role is centered on creating safe spaces for children to grow in faith.

In this role, you will lead dynamic weekly programs, engage with parents, and train compassionate volunteers. Your passion for children's ministry and effective communication will help cultivate an enriching environment where faith can flourish across all age levels. You will work closely with church leadership to align ministry goals with the church's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative, Jesus-centered programs for children
• Ensure a secure and inviting atmosphere for all participants
• Communicate effectively with parents about their children’s faith




• Recruit and support volunteer leaders for program success
• Manage scheduling and training for volunteers

Requirements:
• Experience in children's ministry or similar educational roles
• Demonstrated ability in relational care and communication
• Familiarity with planning tools and scheduling software
• Integrity and a commitment to lifelong learning
• Agreement with Be In Christ Church values
