In this role, you will leverage your experience in land development and subdivision design. You must work part of the week onsite in Windsor, Essex County, collaborating with planners and coordinating designs. Your expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D will be crucial for developing grading and drainage designs while adhering to municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design of subdivision layouts and road networks
• Prepare grading, servicing, and plan/profile drawings
• Coordinate efforts with planners, architects, and surveyors




• Develop stormwater management designs and calculations
• Respond to agency reviews and manage approvals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-7 years in land development or subdivision design
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley Software
• Robust understanding of municipal standards and approvals
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders
