Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary care for clients with complex mental health challenges
• Perform diagnoses and therapeutic interventions




• Engage in collaborative inter-qualified care
• Provide case management and client follow-up
• Document client information accurately in EMR

Requirements:
• Master's degree in nursing and NP certification in Ontario
• At least three years of relevant NP experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Current CPR certification and police check
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flexible in location
