Become a key leader in resident care as a Program Supervisor at a long-term care facility. Collaborate with the Director of Resident Care to drive quality initiatives and enhance services.
As a Program Supervisor, you will assist in various responsibilities alongside the Director of Resident Care. Key tasks include overseeing health programs, conducting evaluations, and ensuring resident care excellence. You will also facilitate training programs and participate in audits to maintain compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in quality assurance evaluations
• Implement staff training programs and oversee activities
• Monitor compliance with health policies and regulations
• Address family concerns and support resident needs
• Manage delegated clinical responsibilities among staff
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a diploma or degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of health care policies
• Valid G class driver's license and vehicle access
