• Develop and facilitate youth-centered programming
• Build relationships with youth and community members
• Participate in regular training and career development
• Complete administrative duties, including reports
• Collaborate with volunteers for program success

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in youth ministry preferred
