NorQuest College is looking for enthusiastic instructors dedicated to student development in the Health Care Aide program. Your responsibilities will include delivering classes, planning instructional materials, and assessing students’ skills in both classroom and clinical environments. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver instructional materials for health courses
• Facilitate learning in clinical and classroom settings
• Supervise and assess student skill performances
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Participate in curriculum development and educational workshops
Requirements:
• Registered RN or LPN in Alberta with no conditions
• Three years of nursing or education experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a relevant field preferred
• Minimum one year of teaching experience for LPNs required
• Must commit to clinical off-site placements
