As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities for Security Guard Lead a team of on-site security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team




Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties
Qualifications for Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada
This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
Excellent leadership skills
1 number of years of experience in security and team management
First aid certification mandatory
Hold a valid security license
