• Manage scheduling for optimized provider time
• Handle appointment and treatment coordination
• Present treatment plans and discuss financials
• Assist in processing insurance claims

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a dental receptionist
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and insurance
• Proven scheduling and communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Leadership experience is an asset
