As a temporary part-time Lab Patient Technician, you will play a crucial role in patient diagnostics at LifeLabs. You will greet patients, explain procedures, and perform phlebotomies, alongside ECG tracings. Duties also extend to special collections, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Your experience will help maintain robust client relationships while serving the needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and collect necessary information
• Execute phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors




• Conduct special test collections with proper documentation
• Maintain effective communication with patients
• Prepare specimens for transportation and analysis

Requirements:
• Completion of a Laboratory Assistant program is ideal
• Experience in phlebotomy is preferred
• Background in ECG training is an asset
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Strong focus on patient service and confidentiality
