As a key team member reporting to the Project Manager, you will define and deploy document control strategies that align with project objectives. Your involvement will ensure that all project documentation meets client requirements, enhancing project execution through meticulous management of correspondence and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and uphold document control standards and guidelines
• Implement a document management system tailored for diverse projects
• Act as a main contact point for document inquiries
• Foster continuous improvement in document management practices
• Provide training and supervision to document control staff
Requirements:
• 10+ years of document control expertise, preferably in construction
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position on complex projects
• Relevant education in Civil Engineering or Business Administration
• Proven experience with document management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in InEight
