Key Responsibilities:
• Manage care proceedings and represent clients in court
• Advise on private law proceedings and local authorities' responsibilities
• Support colleagues with duty advice in team rotations




• Participate in training provided to clients and the team
• Contribute to local justice boards and improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum ten years post-qualification experience in family law
• Expertise in childcare law and local authority duties
• Excellent advisory skills in private law and safeguarding
