Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established policies and physician orders
• Ensure excellent personal care, adhering to nursing principles




• Foster a welcoming environment through effective staff communication
• Oversee resident care, engaging residents and families regularly
• Supervise Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse status with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset
• Solid judgment and risk identification skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check if required
