Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care including bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Monitor health updates and communicate with LPN regarding changes




• Assist in meal preparation and maintain a clean dining area

• Foster social interactions and engagement with residents

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent; completion of HCA program required
• Experience in residential settings preferred
• Certifications in First Aid and administration of medication
• Excellent observational and communication skills
