Become a pivotal Workday Analyst at Green Infrastructure Partners, supporting vital HCM modules in a collaborative environment. Bring technical expertise in configuration and reporting to our HR team.
Reporting to the Workday Manager, the Workday Analyst is instrumental in maintaining and enhancing Workday applications covering Absence, Benefits, and Talent management. With hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system support, and data management, this role is for someone who enjoys engaging with various stakeholders while prioritizing continuous business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support in resolving user issues
• Maintain Workday system configurations and integrations
• Build impactful reports and dashboards for analysis
• Conduct audits for data integrity and compliance
• Create documentation for business processes and configurations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with Workday
• Proven reporting expertise in Workday
• Experience with EIB for integration support
• Robust attention to detail and ethical information handling
• Effective communication skills with HR and leadership
