Lead the Infant and Toddler program at Fine Art Montessori Childcare Centre, nurturing young learners in a supportive environment. We're searching for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with experience in child development and a valid ECEIT license from British Columbia.

As the Infant and Toddler Room Leader, you will be integral in fostering a passion for learning among children aged 0-3. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, particularly with infants and toddlers, along with excellent communication skills. Your role will include providing a nurturing atmosphere while encouraging parental involvement in their child's educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong bonds with children in a safe setting




• Foster learning through play and structured activities
• Support child growth academically and socially
• Engage parents in their child’s education
• Observe and report on children's learning progress

Requirements:
• Infant and Toddler ECE certification required
• 3-5 years of team leader experience in childcare
• Valid First Aid Certification needed
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese an asset
• Passionate about early childhood education
