As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your responsibilities will include reviewing on-boarding and periodic financial crime processes. You will ensure that analysts adhere to the Group Financial Crime Minimum Standards and provide essential reporting to senior stakeholders. Your role will include identifying trends and conducting feedback sessions to foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review compliance of financial crime processes
• Report findings to senior management regularly
• Identify risks and escalate thematic issues
• Build relationships with partners and units
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• In-depth understanding of financial crime regulations
• Experience in risk-based assessments
• Self-starter with excellent organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
