You will work under the guidance of health care practitioners, providing vital support to clients. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customized rehabilitation programs to clients
• Encourage client independence in daily activities
• Assist in running group exercise classes and therapy sessions




• Support cognitive therapy and leisure activities
• Drive clients as required for appointments and therapies

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized college program in rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with insurance coverage
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Commitment to client-centered care and learning
