We're expanding our operations with a new facility in Paris, Ontario, and need experienced Fitters and Welders to join our team. This role involves working with high-quality materials, reading blueprints, and ensuring precise fittings to support major projects. You'll receive training at our Brantford location and grow with us as we transition to our new site scheduled for late 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret bills of material and engineering drawings
• Perform accurate welding on wide-ranging metals
• Execute repairs and modifications as needed
• Operate welding equipment and overhead cranes properly
• Meet daily production goals collaboratively

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant Fitting/Welding experience
• Capability to pass in-house welding tests
• Current CWB tickets are advantageous
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Punctuality and a safety-first attitude
