Your responsibilities include guiding Field Adjusters, managing settlements, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle moderate to complex property claims directly
• Examine claims thoroughly for proper assessment




• Direct and support Field Adjusters in tasks
• Settle claims with Insureds and their representatives
• Administer claims settlements through trust accounts

Requirements:
• Valid Independent Adjusters license essential
• 3-7 years of relevant claims experience required
• Robust organizational skills and technical expertise
• Track record of high performance in teams
• Relevant post-secondary education and CIP progress advantageous
