Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include maintaining the structural integrity of the building while executing scheduled and emergency repairs. This position demands a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, including using the Maintenance Care program and conducting safety inspections. You will ensure that all regulations and standards are upheld throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Log and execute all maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain building safety and operability at all times




• Prioritize repair needs and execute work orders promptly
• Manage snow removal and patio clearing during winter
• Paint vacant suites and maintain aesthetics of common areas

Requirements:
• High School graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Awareness of building and fire codes essential
• Ability to work comfortably in a team setting
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
