• Ensure compliance from management and employees with safety standards




• Maintain emergency response capabilities and equipment

• Create training materials for management and staff

Requirements:
• BC Mine Supervisor certificate or ability to attain
• Experience in root cause analysis methodologies
• Registration as an NCSO or CRST preferred
• ICS 100, 200, or 300 certifications
• Solid written and oral communication skills
